We are a recovery-oriented facility affiliated with Independence Health System. The following programs are available: Westmoreland Psych Rehab (Site-Based and Mobile), Westplace Clubhouse, and Westplace Drop-In Center. All programs are FREE. We bill services through Value Behavioral Health and Westmoreland County.
All referral sources, including self-referrals, are accepted! Transportation and free parking are available.

Westmoreland Psych Rehab is a recovery-based service for adults with mental illness who want the power of choice in their recovery. Individuals in the program choose a goal to work on and work to develop skills to achieve their goal. Goals are based on five domains: living, learning, working, self-maintenance, and social environments.

Westplace Clubhouse teaches the possibility to live, work and function independently. The program relies on members’ talents, skills and dreams to function to face challenges, build confidence and gain acceptance. Individuals gain experience in socialization, rehabilitation, relaxation and a sense of belonging. Staff and individuals work side-by-side to gain and cultivate skills.

The Westplace Drop-In Center offers a supportive environment, sources of information and social activities. We provide a place where people with psychiatric labels who may not have been welcomed elsewhere can get away to a warm, friendly, family atmosphere. Fun activities are planned for inside and outside of the center.
